Fra d.3 Marts til d.23 Marts, vil Backyart Studios for første gang udstille deres værker i Husets udstillingsrum. Du får muligheden for at møde en alsidig gruppe af representanter fra Backyart Studios, som vil vise nogle af deres værker til denne udstilling og sammen skabe nyt liv til galleriets hvide vægge.
Under åbningen vil det være muligt at snakke med hver enkelt kunstner om deres specifikke værker til udstilling og deres tanker bag værkerne. Du får mulighed for at lærer mere om hver kunstneres individuelle praksis og deres samarbejde som kollektiv både inde og udenfor Backyart Studios.
Backyart Studios er et internationalt kunstnerkollektiv med base i Aalborg. Det startede i sin tid med at være et hus hvor forskellige kunstnere kunne skabe et rum til deres arbejde. Med tiden groede det til at være et mere aktivt kollektiv, og indenfor for det sidste år er Backyart Studios begyndt at blive en mere og mere aktiv del af den kulturelle scene i Aalborg.
From March 3rd until March 23rd, Backyart Studios for the first time will be exhibiting their work in the Huset Gallery. You will get a chance to meet the diverse group of Backyart representatives who will bring some of their work to display at this exhibition, and together they will bring new life to the white walls of the hosting Gallery.
During the exhibition opening, it will be possible to talk with each artist about their specific work for this exhibition and their thoughts behind it. You will get a chance to get to know more about their practice as individuals and their collaboration inside and outside the Backyart Studios as a collective.
Backyart Studios is an international artist collective based in Aalborg. It started as a house where a group of different artists could have a space to do their individual work. With time it grew into a more active collective, and within the last year Backyart Studios has began to engage more actively in the cultural scene of Aalborg.
